We do require prepayment on custom orders, and first time customers;  if your not sure how much your order comes to, don't hesitate to Fax or Email your order, and we will return an exact quote!   Just be sure to include your phone number in case we have any questions.   You may submit your order via our ordering page, in which we usually will email a confirmation within two working days, along with an exact quotes.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Payment in U.S. Funds. We accept money orders, bank checks, postal money orders and the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Discover.
We require full payment in advance.  Refunds: refunds given for damaged goods (see below) once claims have been filed.   Refunds, if applicable,  for missed deadlines may or may not include the cost of materials or labor, or both.    Substitutions of parts/materials within orders are NOT subject to a refund.    R.J. Sports reserves the right to make any substitution as conditions warrant.  Fax or e-mail for more info.

SHIPPING COSTS

Purchaser pays all shipping costs. Within the U.S., we ship mostly by UPS but may ship via the U.S. Post Office. We will advise you of the total cost of shipping, and will try to ship via the most convenient and/or least expensive method possible.

DAMAGE POLICY

Purchaser must file any claim for merchandise lost or damaged in transit. Claims must be made to the transportation company used. Carrier should inspect damage in original cartons, and will return them to us. We will credit you when the issue of responsibility is resolved.
