our awards line and other products made available through this website. In the
section "Ask R.J.", Frequently Asked Questions will be answered, and the
questions will periodically change, depending on the repetitive nature of newer
questions.

Does RJ's do custom work?
Yes, we do, however keep in mind we design and build trophies plaques and other awards,
and we screenprint and embroider in house also. We are not a casting shop for
metals, nor do we manufacture the actual clothes that we screen and embroider on. We
order in component pieces, and do the finish assembly here, along with the customizing of
the awards or the garmets. We do offer several lines of awards, specialty awards,
and lines of clothing and other accessories to choose from, as well as Awards in different
colors other than what is shown on this website (please
email inquiries for quotes)
How do I place my order?
One of several ways; through our Convenient Order
page, of which you place your order, then submit your engraving via email (until our
convenient engraving submission page is completed). Another is straight email,
FAX, or just through a phone call. Always leave your daytime phone number and
email address, so if your information is incomplete we will be able to contact you to
clarify your order. We are very diligent in filling your order correctly the first
time!!!
How do I pay for my order, once I
place an order with RJ Sports?
You may place an order through a Fax, email, or through our order
page within our website. Rush orders may be placed by phone. Prepayment
is required for all initial internet orders; credit can be established after you
have become a regular customer. MasterCard and Visa are accepted, as well as
Checks or Money Orders. Of course, personal checks are accepted but will have
to clear before the order is shipped.
What is the usual turnaround
time for an awards order through RJ's website?
Most Standard Award orders placed and acknowledged by
the RJ's Awards Department can be shipped with 48 hours, if all the parts are in stock.
Large Orders (usually over 100 pieces or $500) may take up to two weeks.
Notice of out of stock parts will be notified within that time period,
although most out of stock awards can be filled within 5 working days. There
sometimes are special exceptions, however, such as discontinued items, or unforeseen
changes within the industry. We will, however, always do our best to fulfill
your order with an equal or better item when substitutions are necessary!
Does RJ Sports have other products
besides awards?
Absolutely!! Awards are just a small part of the RJ's Store; we also
specialize in Screenprinted Clothing, Embroidery (Hats Tees
and Sweats), Uniforms and Sports Equipment. As a matter of fact, we hope to
expand this website to include all of the RJ's Products.....
How do I recieve my order from
RJ's?
If your order is small, such as a single plaque or a couple of small trophies,
RJ's usually ships via USPS Priority Mail, in which you
would recieve your order (usually) within 2 to 3 days of shipping.
Larger Orders are shipped through United Parcel Service
(Ground Service), unless another method is otherwise specified.
How do I figure in the price breaks
(Quantity Discounts)?
Price Breaks are figured from a style trophy; if the trophies are in the same price
range, (standard colors do not affect the princing) they may be grouped for quantity
pricing discounts. In other words, if you were to order 15 of the 11R-9 in Ruby and 15 of the 11R-9
in Black Marble, then 10 of the 11R-11 in Black Marble,
your pricing is as follows: The 11R-9's total 30 in quantity, therefore fall
into the $6.00 range, instead of the $6.50 range for under 25. The 11R-11
trophies would be $7.00, because there are under 25 of this style.
